Reciprocating compressors are widely used in petrochemical industries such as refining,chemical,and fertilizer,and are the core and key equipment in the petrochemical industry.Most of the mediums transported by reciprocating compressors are flammable and explosive gases such as hydrogen,natural gas,gas,and ethylene.In the event of serious failure of the compressor,dangerous gases are easily leaked,resulting in serious accidents such as fire,explosion,and poisoning.Its operating state directly affects the safety and smooth production of the device.According to statistics,more than 60% of the reciprocating compressors have occurred on the gas valve,and the number of shutdowns caused by the failure of the gas valve accounted for more than 85% of the total number of shutdowns.Therefore,the fault diagnosis method of the gas valve is used to diagnose the fault of the reciprocating compressor.It is especially important.The research object of this thesis is 6 imported reciprocating compressors in a refinery hydrogenation combined workshop.After the start of the hydrogenation combined workshop,the gas valves of these 6 imported reciprocating compressors have been frequently failing,and they have not reached the factory.Committed to a lifetime of 12,000 hours.Since there is no monitoring instrument for the reciprocating compressor valve at the scene,the reciprocating compressor valve is monitored from the existing rotating equipment monitoring instrument in 2013.The initial failure of the compressor valve is diagnosed.In this study,different types of characteristic signals are combined with each other.By statistically analyzing the envelope diagram,acceleration value,GIE value and temperature value,the characteristic parameters of the valve when the valve is faulty are found,and the on-site monitoring is used to judge the re-inspection and repeat the cycle.The method is to diagnose the gas valve failure of the reciprocating compressor,especially the initial failure of the gas valve,and summarize the method suitable for the fault feature extraction and intelligent fault diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor valve,so as to monitor and judge the on-site gas valve.And maintenance provides a certain reference.
