By coupling multiple forms of energy,the integrated energy system(IES)can not only realize the cascade utilization of energy,but also effectively solve the problems of energy depletion,environmental pollution.However,there are still many problems and challenges in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of IES.In order to effectively ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system and integrated energy system,this paper is devoted to the research on model construction,algorithm design,evaluation method and application promotion of the reliability evaluation for regional integrated energy system.Firstly,this paper proposes an optimized power flow algorithm based on particle swarm optimization and internal point method,which improves the algorithm for calculating the optimal power flow of integrated energy systems.When the system performs reliability evaluation,it gives a more accurate reliability index value.After that,the concept of hierarchical decoupling optimization framework of IES was introduced and applied to the case of IES combining electricity,natural gas and district heating system.The important application of the hierarchical decoupling optimization framework to the reliability evaluation of regional integrated energy systems is proved.At the same time,it is verified that the state enumeration method based on the influence increment can improve the application efficiency of the calculation efficiency under the premise of ensuring the calculation accuracy in the reliability evaluation of the integrated energy system.Finally,the combined particle swarm optimization and internal point method algorithm proposed in the previous paper,the layered decoupling optimization framework l and the state enumeration method based on the influence increment are applied to the micro gas turbine,photovoltaic equipment and energy storage equipment of the integrated energy system.From an economic perspective,the impact of capacity on system reliability and operating costs is analyzed,and decision support is provided for scientific selection of equipment capacity and parameters.
