| As a leader in China’s power generation industry,however,in the process of power generation,coal-fired power stations consume a large amount of coal resources,and the flue gas exhaust emissions will also pollute the environment.Flue gas oxygen content and boiler thermal efficiency are important indexes to reflect boiler combustion efficiency.It is of great significance to accurately monitor them and control them to improve the boiler thermal efficiency and realize the efficient and economic operation of the power station.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the soft measurement monitoring model of boiler flue gas oxygen content is studied.Aiming at the on-site zirconia oxygen sensor with low measurement accuracy and large measurement lag conditions,this paper proposes a neural network modeling strategy to construct a monitoring model for the oxygen content of flue gas.According to the collected operation data of the power station,the simulation results show that the flue gas oxygen content monitoring model has good fitting ability and predictive ability,and it can be used as online monitoring tool to flue gas oxygen content of power plant.Then,the monitoring of boiler thermal efficiency and air supply method is studied.The boiler thermal efficiency is calculated by using the anti-balance method with power station operation data.The boiler thermal efficiency value basically meets the boiler thermal efficiency design value.Then the online monitoring model of boiler thermal efficiency is established by the least squares support vector machine algorithm.It shows that the established boiler thermal efficiency monitoring model has good predictive performance and can be used as online monitoring tool of boilers thermal efficiency in power plant.Finally,the relationship model between air-to-coal ratio and boiler thermal efficiency is analyzed,and under specific load,air-to-coal ratio that has the most efficient thermal efficiency of boilers is found.Finally,the flue gas oxygen content control of boiler and the economic assessment to power station units is researched.The flue gas oxygen content is controlled by model predictive control method.Then,according to the actual operation of the units,the air leakage rate of the air preheater,the power consumption rate of the plant,the coal consumption of power generation and the thermal efficiency of the boiler are selected as the economic evaluation indexes.Through the soft measurement modeling and mechanism calculation to these indexes,the calculation results are consistent with the design values of the unit operation regulations,finally,the units operation economics is evaluated,and a combined weighted evaluation method is proposed.The units comprehensive evaluation scores are obtained by weighted summation,in line with actual expectations. |
