As a key technology related to national security and cutting-edge technology,ultraprecision machining technology is an important support for modern warfare.As an important carrier of ultra-precision machining,ultra-precision machine tools directly determine the accuracy,reliability and stability of parts processing.Due to the uncertainty of machining measurement error,geometric size,material properties and constraints,the uncertainty of machine parameters may lead to uncertainty of vibration characteristics,which will affect the precision of ultra-precision machine tool parts processing.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the vibration characteristics of ultra-precision machine tools with interval parameters.In this paper,firstly,an analysis method of vibration characteristics of multibody system with interval parameters was established based on the interval algorithm and the transfer matrix method for multibody systems.Then,by using the second-order Taylor expansion,the interval transfer matrix and interval transfer equations of the components of the machine tool system with interval parameters were derived,and the calculation and analysis of the eigenvalue problem of the machine tool system with interval parameters was realized.The calculated results were in agreement with the calculation results of the scanning method,which proved the validity and efficiency of this method.According to this method the uncertain characteristics of the system can be quickly calculated without the overall dynamic equation of the system and a large amount of statistical data,only the upper and lower bounds of uncertain parameters need to be known.Finally,based on the interval algorithm and the new version of transfer matrix method for multibody systems,a method for solving the dynamic response of large-scale nonlinear motion was established,and the system dynamics analysis with interval parameters was realized.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support for dynamics overall design of uncertain machine tool system.
