Hydraulic power is a clean and efficient energy source.The use of hydropower can not only effectively alleviate the rapid consumption of non-renewable energy in China,but also peak the regional power grid.At present,hydropower has become an important form of power generation in China.However,during the operation of the hydropower unit,faults often occur,causing the system to stop running,which seriously affects the reliability of the power supply in the regional power grid.According to the statistics of the data,in the fault of the hydropower unit,the more frequent occurrences are mainly temperature abnormal faults and unit vibration faults.Therefore,it is necessary to design a corresponding monitoring and early warning system,and real-time monitoring of these two faults,in time before the fault occurs.Early warning to avoid the shutdown operation of the unit.In order to design and meet the actual needs of Longtan Hydropower Station for monitoring and early warning system,this paper firstly analyzes the common causes of failures of Longtan Hydropower Station,and clarifies that the current types of faults are mostly vibration faults and temperature abnormal faults.Secondly,for hydropower unit faults.The diagnostic method has been deeply analyzed and studied.By comparing and analyzing the gray degree prediction theory and the BP neural network prediction theory,the principle,the advantages and disadvantages of the prediction are clearly defined,and the actual simulation method is used to analyze the two methods.The analysis and comparison show that the gray degree prediction theory has higher precision in the prediction process.Therefore,this algorithm is selected to predict the unit failure.Then,the fault analysis and early warning system is designed through the technical architecture and application architecture.The design lays the foundation for the whole,and designs the hardware module and the database part of the acquisition board.In the process of database design,in order to avoid the influence of error data,the data is preprocessed accordingly,and then the system is improved.For accuracy;finally,for early warning systems According to the actual situation of Longtan Hydropower Station,the greyness warning algorithm and corresponding logic are designed and implemented to realize the basis of system early warning,and the server,client and system function modules of the system are designed and implemented.The system is designed to test the abnormal temperature and vibration faults.The experimental results show that the system designed in this paper can effectively complete the fault warning function of hydropower unit operation failure.
