| As the power component of the pneumatic system,the air compressor compresses the air to provide continuous compressed air for the whole system.It is widely used in food,beverage,pharmaceutical,textile,oil,natural gas and automobile.Promote the development of various industries.However,the current energy consumption of air compressors is too large,and it has become one of the main equipments for energy consumption of enterprises.Therefore,we must take measures to carry out energy-saving renovation.On the basis of deeply analyzing the related domestic and international research results,the structural features of the screw air compressor,centrifugal air compressor and reciprocating air compressor is summarized.On the basis of fully understand the working principle of the screw air compressor,the mathematical model of air compressor is established.Through the integral expression of the pneumatic power,the power consumption of the air compressor is quantified.The factors affecting energy consumption of the air compressor mainly includes the working time,flow and pressure,etc.Air compressor system can be simplified as input and output part,the energy consumption part and the heat output part.In this analysis,the input gas temperature and humidity,the inlet and outlet pressure implication air compressor power consumption.In the process of practical operation,the compressed air leak outward from between the gap of screws.It has two aspects,internal leakage and external leakage.The gas leakage can lead to a sharp reduction in operating efficiency.Leakage loss is one of the primary factors to influence energy consumption of air compressor.This paper analyzes the technical measures of air compressor energy saving renovation,according to the energy consumption model.This paper mainly from the structural energy saving measures and system energy saving measures to analyze the energy consumption of the air compressor.These measures mainly include the reformation of the key component such as the reformation of check valve and controlling spring.System energy saving measures include the optimization of system pipe network,air compressors’ central control system used in reducing energy consumption,and the use of waste heat recovery technology.This paper summed up the fuzzy control theory in the energy saving of the air compressor system.In the process of air compressor group control system,by fuzzifizing the error and error change of controlled object,the fuzzy subset is proposed.To calculate the corresponding output of the fuzzy relation matrix,according to the fuzzy control rules.The paper computes the fuzzy relation matrix and achieves fuzzy control to air compressor system based on the fuzzy controlrules.Through correlation analysis,this paper’s calculation method and data obtained can have some influence to the real engineering applications.The thesis has 25 figures,11 tables and 82 references. |
