As the inland river with the largest traffic volume and busiest business in the world,the Yangtze River shoulders the important responsibility of communicating the three regions of China.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the increase of foreign trade volume,the traffic problems in the Yangtze River shipping have become increasingly serious,especially in the Jingjiang section of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.Affected by the extremely low water level,it has been unable to meet the increasing demand for ship navigation,resulting in more and more serious ship blockage in some areas,which has a significant impact on the navigation efficiency and transportation cost of the Yangtze River shipping.Therefore,this paper studies the coordinated control of ship traffic flow in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River under extreme low water level in order to alleviate ship congestion and improve navigation efficiency.Firstly,the specific situation of Jingjiang waterway is introduced.Based on the analysis of navigation obstruction,the characteristics of ship traffic flow in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River under normal conditions and extreme low water level are discussed quantitatively and qualitatively.Secondly,combined with ARIMA model,the short-term traffic volume forecasting method is studied,which improves the rapidity and accuracy of arrival rate forecasting,and provides more accurate arrival information for the coordinated control of multi-ports of ship traffic flow in the following paper.Then,the concepts of multi-port coordinated control of ship traffic flow are put forward,and the control flow,key problems and control mechanism of coordinated control are analyzed.On this basis,this thesis discusses the control strategy of ship traffic flow and summarizes the relevant factors affecting the control of ship traffic flow under extreme low water level.Considering multi-port coordinated control space model,ship traffic flow macro-model and ship queuing length constraints,an optimization model of multi-port coordinated control of ship traffic flow is established,which takes total travel time as the performance index of the control system.Then the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to achieve accuracy and efficiency of the whole control system.Finally,through the simulation experiment,comparing the relevant parameters of the section with or without control measures,the experimental results show that the multi-port coordinated control method of ship traffic flow proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of real-time,rapidity and accuracy of the whole control system.This paper enriches the theory of inland ship traffic flow,provides a new idea for coordinated control of ship traffic flow under extreme low water level,and provides a more substantial theoretical basis for optimizing ship transport organization and improving the Yangtze River shipping transport.At the same time,it also has practical application and reference value when the navigation management department takes corresponding ship control measures.
