With the development of domestic economy,construction machinery is developing rapidly.As a member of construction machinery,balanced heavy forklift is required more and more.As an important hydraulic control element in the hydraulic system of internal combustion forklift truck,multiple reversing valve is used to control multiple hydraulic actuators,which determines the working performance of the whole internal combustion forklift truck.In order to solve the problems of excessive pressure loss of common multi-way directional valve produced in China,too fast heating up of the system,waste of energy in switching to unistable system,and so on.Based on the research and development project of Mou hydraulic Machinery Co.,Ltd.,this paper develops an energy-saving and temperature-reducing multi-way directional valve with independent innovation.This paper mainly adopts the method of theoretical research,Fluent simulation numerical simulation and experimental verification to carry out the in-depth analysis of the multi-way valve: through the optimization of the multi-channel valve flow channel structure;combined with the simulation software and the fretting characteristic requirements of the forklift multi-way valve,the curve diagram of the common throttle slot is analyzed,and the optimal throttle groove is designed;combined with the characteristics of the forklift steering system,the original oil intake valve piece and valve core structure are modified.Combined with the design and calculation of the multi-way valve and Fluent simulation analysis,the multi-way directional valve has met the requirements of the internal combustion fork truck,and under the demonstration of the experimental data,the new valve has been improved compared with the original valve,whether the pressure loss is too large,the heating up of the system is faster or the energy waste is wasted.Thus,the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced and the failure rate of hydraulic components in construction machinery is reduced.But the deficiency is that the cooling effect of the whole vehicle is limited,which is still the placewhere we try to break through later.After the serialization and industrialization of the product,the original ordinary multi-way valve can be replaced to reduce the energy consumption of the whole vehicle,and at the same time,it will bring greater benefits to the enterprise.Through this research and development,a two-stage U-shaped,X-shaped,UX-shaped,J-type and other new throttle grooves have been designed,thus changing the valve port flow rate of the multi-way valve of the internal combustion fork car and enhancing the related performance of the whole vehicle.In addition,it can also give the corresponding data reference and theoretical guidance for the design and development of other valves.
