Nowadays,the Power Scope has been a trend in the future development of electronic measuring instrument.it not only has the waveform display function and real-time recording function of ScopeCoder,but also has the power parameter measurement and harmonic analysis function of power analyzer,users in the practical application scenario,don't need to carry Scope and the power analyzer at the same time,the Power Scope is enough,it provides a great convenience to the user,therefore,research on the Power Scope has the important practical significance.The good performance of the Power Scope depends on the real-time transmission system and the accuracy of the power analysis,thus,this paper mainly studies based on PCIe communication driver design,Bus driver adaptation design,the instrument driver design,and the key method in the process of data processing,in order to achive the.real-time transmission and accuracy analysis,the main contents include:1,By analysising the main functions and fundemental requirements of the Power Scope and considering acquisition card and the FPGA hardware resources,the driving scheme is put forward base on the actual situation of the project,the Power Scope is divided into PCIe communication driver,the bus adapter driver and instrument driver of three parts,that could satisfy the requirement of project implementation driver software solutions.And The part of the bus adapter driver to provide for the compatibility and portability of the platform.2,As for the high frequency signal's waveform display problem,considering the ADC sampling rate and bandwidth limitation factors,the equivalent sampling technology is put forward,because the high frequency signal is not satisfy the law of Nyquist sampling.The processing of equivalent sampling can achieve the goal of high sampling rate.3,For the calculation of power parameter,the Power Scope supports the connection mode: 1P2 W,1P3W,3P3 W,3V3A and 3P4 W.According to the actual selection of connection mode,each connection mode has corresponding design of power parameter's computing method.4,For the processing part of equivalent sampling and power parameters,data optimization scheme is put forward.Considering the optimization effect and the complexity of method,the MA(moving average)method can optimize the data and reduce the noise to realize that the maximum precision of the voltage and current of the acquisition card can be up to 0.02%FS(Full Scale)+0.01%R(Reading),and the maximum precision of the power parameters can be up to 0.05%FS.Through the above studies,the paper realized the design of dirver and the key data processing software for the Power Scope,and then created the test platform,using the test platform for software testing,and the results show all software functions are able to achieve the research targets.
