As an important part of aircraft,aviation structural parts are the key development objects of intelligent manufacturing in aviation manufacturing industry.After years of development,although China's aviation structural parts production workshop has made great progress in digitization and informatization,it still faces the problem of low digitalization and low intelligence.Especially in the aspect of job shop scheduling,there are many problems such as serious manual intervention,loss of production data,unreasonable production scheduling,low production management efficiency,etc.,which leads to problems such as too long the total process flow of processing and manufacturing,and low value-added ratio of the manufacturing process.In addition,the aviation structural parts workshop has the production characteristics of multiple varieties,small batches,batch production and trial production,which makes its production scheduling problem more complicated.Therefore,this paper takes the production scheduling of the aviation structural parts workshop as the research object,by establishing a multi-objective batch optimization scheduling model that meets its production characteristics and designing an efficient solution algorithm,the final design and development integrates production resource management,task management,and workshop scheduling 3.The production workshop feedback system integrates the prototype workshop scheduling system,so as to improve the scheduling performance and intelligent level of the workshop.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation and analysis of the production process,production characteristics and scheduling optimization goals of the aviation structural parts workshop,a multi-objective batch optimization static scheduling model that meets the production characteristics of the workshop is established.In this scheduling model,the processing time index,workshop energy consumption index,postponement index and equipment load index are also considered.For batch division of workpieces,the equal batch method is used to balance the fine granularity of batch division and the difficulty of solving.For batch scheduling optimization,an integrated optimization strategy is adopted,that is,batch division and scheduling are optimized at the same time to obtain better scheduling.solution.(2)Design efficient MA algorithm for solving multi-objective batch optimization scheduling problem.The algorithm combines the basic framework of NSGA-? with the neighborhood search operator based on the critical path.At the same time,a mixed strategy of population initialization is used to ensure the quality and diversity of individuals in the initial population.(3)Describe and analyze the dynamic scheduling problem of aviation structural parts workshop,and establish a multi-objective batch optimization dynamic scheduling model.Based on the related theories of period and event hybrid driving mechanism,complete rescheduling,mobile rescheduling,etc.,a delay coefficient for quantitatively evaluating the impact of disturbance events on the production system is introduced,and a rescheduling method based on the delay coefficient is proposed.(4)Design and implementation of workshop scheduling system.The requirements of the scheduling system are analyzed and summarized,and the overall design of the system and the design of the database are completed.And based on SpringBoot,MyBatis,Bootstrap,FusionChart and other framework to complete the development of scheduling system.
