Aero-engine is a complex system of multi-disciplinary intersection,which is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength.The turbine blade is one of the key parts of the aero engine.It is a typical hot-end component,which is connected to the turbine disk to provide power for the aero engine.Turbine blades are in service under complex working conditions,bearing a variety of loads and having a variety of failure modes,which are the key parts that can cause aero-engine failure.At the same time,turbine blades are affected by many uncertain factors in practical work.Therefore,it is of great significance to predict the probabilistic life of turbine blades with multiple failure modes.In this paper,the high-pressure turbine blade is taken as the research object.Based on ANSYS finite element simulation analysis,the probabilistic life prediction of the turbine blade in multi-failure mode is carried out.The main work is as follows:(1)failure mode and effect analysis.The influence analysis of failure modes on various failure modes of turbine blades in practical work is carried out to determine that the main failure modes of turbine blades are fatigue failure and creep failure.(2)finite element analysis of turbine blade.ANSYS finite element analysis is carried out on the turbine blade,and the load is calculated to obtain the dangerous parts of the turbine blade.(3)calculation of turbine blade fatigue-creep probabilistic life.The uncertainty factors of turbine blades in the actual working conditions are determined.The random variables of turbine blades in the calculation process of life are determined.The study conducts Latin Hypercube Sampling of these factors,and obtains 500 sets of data,which are input into ANSYS respectively,and obtains the corresponding 500 sets of stress-strain data.The fatigue probabilistic life and creep probabilistic life of the blades are predicted respectively,and the fatigue-creep probabilistic life is calculated based on the linear cumulative damage theory and is converted into outfield working time.(4)calculation of turbine blade reliability.Based on the fatigue reliability calculation method of damage accumulation Angle,the reliability trend diagram of the turbine blade was calculated.(5)sensitivity analysis of turbine blades.Aiming at the prediction model of turbine blade life,the global sensitivity analysis of the basic factors affecting turbine blade life is carried out,and the main factors affecting turbine blade life are obtained.
