The performance of the driver plays an important role in the driving ability of the stepper motor.The existing stepper motor driver can not meet the requirements of the intelligent stair climbing wheelchair control system.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a stepper motor driver suitable for climbing stairs.This paper designs a set of stepper motor drive system to meet the requirements of intelligent stair climbing wheelchairs,including contents in the following.First of all,analyze the design requirements of the stair-climbing wheelchair and select the two-phase hybrid stepper motor as the power source.The motor's internal magnetic field modeling is used to quantitatively analyze the output torque of the motor,and it is concluded that the subdivision drive can make the stepper motor run more smoothly and with higher precision.At the same time,the drive scheme for this design is also determined,namely,the use of sine-wave current subdivision technology and current tracking pulse width modulation(PWM)technology to realize the drive of the two-phase hybrid stepper motor,and also provides a theoretical basis for the design optimization of stairs climbing wheelchairs.Secondly,based on the established model,the two-phase hybrid stepper motor drive system with DSP28035 as the core was designed.A two-phase full-bridge inverter circuit is used to drive the motor.In order to realize a more ideal motor operation effect,a lower bridge arm resistance is used for current sampling and a hybrid encoder is used for speed detection to adjust,and current and position feedback are provided.Information on motor operating status is monitored by the host computer to meet the needs of the intelligent stair climbing wheelchair control system.Aiming at the above work process,a motor-driven hardware system was designed,and the system's software modular design was completed.Finally,the upper computer interface and software are designed to verify the actual driving effect,confirm the feasibility of the program and save the experimental data.From the results,the system drive motor is more ideal,improving the low-frequency oscillation,high frequency out of step defects,with practical value.
