The Synthesis Of New Lanthanide Complexes And Their Application In C-Si Solar Cells | | Posted on:2019-10-30 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Y Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2392330623468813 | Subject:Chemical processes | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Lanthanide complexes polymer luminescent materials combine the unique photoluminescent features of lanthanide complexes with the flexible processability,photothermal and chemical stability of polymer materials,while it has widely application prospects in improving the photovoltaic performance of solar cells.In this study,in order to improve the efficiency of solar cells,lanthanide complexes polymer luminescent thin films with down-conversion properties are used to convert UV light into visible light and extend the spectral response range,thereby increasing the utilization of UV light for solar cells.The research content of this paper is as follows:1.We have successfully prepared novel lanthanide(III)complex-doped ILs with high luminescent efficiency,which was doped into PMMA polymer to prepare the large area(17×17 cm2),flexible transparent and luminescent thin films with good thermal stability through a simple drop-casting method.The luminescent thin films were covered on the surface of the heterojunction solar cells and tested for electrochemical performance.The EQE curves of the heterojunction solar cells(active area:235 cm2)coated with the luminescent PMMA films have significantly increased the utilization of sunlight in the UV region compared with that of the solar cell without film coating.In the best case,the conversion efficiency of the heterojunction solar cells coated with the light conversion film is 16.774%,which is increased by 0.1%compared with the uncoated heterojunction solar cell(16.676%)under the same test conditions.2.We have successfully synthesized novel ternary lanthanide(III)complex Eu(tta)3pybox with Eu3+as the luminescent center,which was doped into PVA polymer to prepare the large area(17×17 cm2),flexible transparent and luminescent thin films with good photostability through a simple drop-casting method.The luminescent thin films were applied to monocrystalline silicon solar cells(P-type)and tested for electrochemical performance.The EQE curves of the monocrystalline silicon solar cells(P-type)(active area:235 cm2)coated with PVA films containing Eu(tta)3pybox increase the utilization of sunlight by 15%in the UV region compared with that of the solar cell without film coating.Compared with the uncovered monocrystalline silicon solar cells(P-type)under the same test conditions,the conversion efficiency of the monocrystalline silicon solar cells(P-type)covered by the light conversion film increased from 15.243 to 15.283%. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | lanthanide complex, polymer material, down-conversion, luminescent thin film, solar cell | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
