The trend of aging in China is becoming more and more serious,The number of disabled and semi-disabled persons is increasing,That result in a serious shortage of nursing staff,therefore The need for a smart mattress with a nursing function is growing.The intelligent nursing mattress has the advantages of comfort,flexible control and bedsore prevention.Not only can reduce the labor intensity of nursing staff,But also can make bedridden people more comfortable,And plays a role in preventing complications and promoting rehabilitation.Turning over is one of the most frequent and labor intensive basic needs in daily nursing for disabled and semi-disabled persons,Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to make people turn over quickly and comfortably based on intelligent nursing mattress.In this paper,the overall design of the nursing mattress of automatic turning air bag is introduced,and the comfort experiment of the elderly and young people is described in detail,The trapezius muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle and gluteus medius muscle were identified as the three parts of the study.As a subjective evaluation method,the SD method was determined and the subjective evaluation results of the subjects' comfort were analyzed and analyzed,and a subjective evaluation model was constructed by using fuzzy theory.And The effect of time on the comfort of young people and the elderly was obtained.the appropriate body turn modeling and simulation method is determined,This paper analyzes the physical characteristic parameters of the simulation of young people and old people,and establishes its corresponding simulation model.In ADMAS,the human body model of young and old was simulated.Secondly,we carried out a height experiment for young people and old people respectively,and obtained the data relationship between three positions and height,and provided basic data for the later MATLAB fitting.The experiment of laying down and the threshold of comfort for the young and the aged are carried out respectively.The experimental data were collected and analyzed to obtain the critical value of the pressure of young people and the elderly in the upper body of the three muscle groups and the buttocks.Finally get the pressure range that the body can withstand in the process of turning over.Finally,MATLAB is used to analyze ADAMS simulation results.In addition,The corresponding relationship between the height of the body and the different parts is obtained respectively.According to the pressure range of each part,the optimal solution of the height of the young and the old is optimized.The data obtained from the experiment(including young people and the elderly)were fitted,And the functional relationship between the turning height and the pressures of the upper trapezius muscle and the latissimus dorsi muscle is obtained respectively,And according to the pressure range of each muscle group obtained above,the optimal solution is obtained respectively,The simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the correctness of the conclusions.
