With the call of industrial energy-saving emission reduction,low-grade waste heat recovery and power generation technology began to be widely concerned.In view of the difficult problem of recovery of low-grade waste heat resources,the research group put forward the technical scheme of roots power plant in the field of low-grade waste heat power generation based on previous studies and studied its control system.In order to make the control system easy to debug and easy to maintain,improve the operation stability and enhance the work reliability,this paper deeply studies the control system of the low grade waste heat power plant and improves the control system work through the optimization of the control system hardware platform and the application of advanced control algorithms to achieve the purpose of performance improvement.This passage is mainly from the following aspects:1.Analyze the functional requirements of the control system,we put forward the overall design scheme of the hardware in the form of module-base plate,put forward the software system scheme on the basis of the modular hardware system design,and research the control method of the low-grade waste heat generator set.Besides,fuzzy PID control is applied to the speed regulation system,dedicated to the study of stable power.2.We use modular design ideas to build a tailored,portable,scalable module-the substrate hardware platform.It mainly has the smallest system module from the C8051F020 chip system as the core,the input inte rface circuit(including the instrument signal acquisition module,speed detection module,I/ O input module),the output interface circuit(including the electric proportional valve drive module,servo Throttle valve drive module,switch output module),power supply module and communication interface module.Each functional module exists independently,and the hardware platform is built through the connection of the substrate,which shows the advantage of the hardware platform of the module-substrate in the research process.3.Based on the completion of the hardware circuit,control system software is designed.It mainly based on the speed control system software design of fuzzy PID control algorithm: use the fuzzy PID control for speed regulation.Using M atlab simulation analysis shows that the advantages of its control,and then the speed regulation system software design.At the same time based on the SPI protocol master-slave communication Program and the upper and lower computer communication program based on Modbus protocol to study and design of human-computer interaction interface.4.Test the hardware platform in module-substrate form,and verify the reliability and functionality of each function module.Then experiment on the built test platform is progressed.Experiments show that on the module-substrate hardware platform and fuzzy PID control algorithm,the system can respond quickly and operate steadily.It lays the foundation for the practical application of low grade waste heat power generation unit in the field of waste heat resource reuse in the future.
