In order to solve the problem of wind power curtailment,the construction area of the wind farm is transferred to the central,eastern and southern regions which have large electricity load.The mid-eastern and southern areas are the third class wind area,which belong to the wind resource-poor area.Because of the scarcity of wind resources and the complexity of the terrain,the microcosmic location selecting of wind farms is important.The location method of low wind speed wind farm is studied in this paper,and a optimization strategy of power generating of wind farm with non equal tower height is proposed.Firstly,the research status of micro-location selection and wake effect are introduced,the available reserves of wind resources and the low wind speed resources are counted.Under the background of developing the low wind speed and the dispersed wind farm,the necessity of improving the micro location precision is emphasized.Secondly,the engineering model is established using the wind resource assessment commercial software WAsP10.0.The influence of the tower height optimization on the wind power generation is quantitatively analyzed,and the feasibility of the project is demonstrated.On the basis of the classical Jensen and Lissaman wake model,the single unit wake model and the full field wake superposition model of the unequal tower height wind farm are put forward which are based the wind turbine hub altitude.Finally,based on the above wake model,a three-dimensional optimization method for micro-location selection wind farm is proposed.The location of wind turbine and the height of the tower are optimized,so the total power generation of the wind farm is maximum.The wind farm model is established by Matlab simulation software to achieve the proposed method.The simulation results between the wind farm of the equal tower height and the unequal tower height is compared,the comparison results show that the wind farm of the unequal tower height can improve the power generation and reduce the rate of the discarding wind caused by the active power fluctuation.What's more,the effectiveness of the three-dimensional micro-location selection optimization method is verified.The method proposed in this paper not only can be applied to the assessment of lowwind speed wind farm,but also to the redevelopment evaluation of built wind farms.
