In the industrial production process of boilers,temperature control is often very critical.However,it is not easy to design controller for industrial temperature control systems because time delay,time variation and coupled with various unpredictable disturbances exist in the industrial temperature control systems.This thesis takes the electric boiler of experimental device of advanced process control object system(THJ-3 type)as the research object,and the main research contents are as follows:With the step signal as input,the electric boiler system is stimulated to obtain experimental data.Based on these data,a noise model of jacket temperature and a model of boiler temperature have been established,respectively.And the validity of these models has been verified.A common generalized predictive controller is designed based on the built model of the boiler temperature,and a digital PID controller is also designed for comparisons.Finally,computer simulation and experimental research are presented with the GPC controller and PID controller.The results show the validation of the GPC controller.The previous predictive controller cannot resist external disturbance well,so the noise model of jacket temperature is added to predictive model,and a generalized predictive controller with disturbance is obtained.This controller can compensate the influence of external disturbances,so the steady-state error of the system become smaller.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through simulation research.
