The well submersible pump is a kind of pumping equipment to transport the groundwater to the ground,which has been widely used in various fields of national economy.With the rapid development of science and technology,based on the requirements of sustainable development and energy-saving and emission reduction,the hydraulic performance and reliability of well submersible pump are required to be higher.As one of the important flow passage parts of submersible pump,the shape and hydraulic parameters of space guide vane play a significant influence in the performance of pump.Therefore,the influence of the main geometric parameters of the space guide vane on the hydraulic performance and pressure fluctuation characteristics of submersible pump is studied:1.Research of space guide vane cross section area variation on performance of submersible pumpIn order to improve the efficiency of the submersible pump as the optimization goal,and ensure that other parameters of the guide vane remain unchanged,nine area ratio models are designed by changing the effective flow area at the inlet of the guide vane.Based on the area ratio space guide vane with the highest efficiency,four kinds of change rules of the cross-section area of the water flow are designed,including linear,convex up,concave down and S-shaped.The results of numerical simulation show that the change rule of guide vane cross-section area has a significant impact on the efficiency of the pump,and the increase of efficiency is about 4%,but it has little impact on its head.Among them,the change rule of concave area can effectively improve the flow state of the fluid and reduce the energy loss in the guide vane.The change rule of the concave area is better than the other three for improving the efficiency of the pump.2.Study on the influence of the change of the space guide vane wrap angle on performance of submersible pumpIn order to study the influence of wrap angle of space guide vane on the flow field and performance of submersible pump,seven model schemes are designed by changing the wrap angle of the space guide vane under the condition of keeping the other design parameters of the vane unchanged.The external characteristics of the pump with different wrap angles are compared and analysed,the results show that thewrap angle of the space guide vane has a significant effect on the external characteristics and internal flow field of the submersible pump,and there is an optimal wrap angle which makes the head and efficiency of the submersible pump the highest.The change of wrap angle of guide vane has more significant effect on the head than on the efficiency.The increase of wrap angle of guide vane can improve the restriction of blade on the flow in the channel,reduce the turbulence loss in the guide vane and decrease the energy loss.Although the change of wrap angle of guide vane can affect the distribution of the velocity circulation in the area from the outlet of guide vane to the inlet of the next impeller,it has little effect on the absolute value of the velocity circulation entering the impeller.3.Research on the Influence of the change of the space guide vane wrap angle on pressure fluctuation of submersible pumpBased on the study and analysis of the steady internal flow of the submersible pump with different wrap angle space guide vane,in order to study the instantaneous characteristics of the internal pressure change of the submersible pump,the numerical calculation of the unsteady pressure fluctuation in the whole flow field of the pump is carried out.The monitoring points are arranged in the transition section of impeller and space guide vane,the passage of space guide vane and the outlet of spatial guide vane to the inlet of the next stage impeller,and the pressure changes in different positions of space guide vane with different wrap angles of submersible pump are obtained.At the same time,the dimensionless pressure fluctuation coefficient and the Fast Fourier transform are used to obtain the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of pressure fluctuation.The results show that the dynamic and static interference between impeller and guide vane is one of the main factors that cause the pressure fluctuation.The change of the wrap angle of the space guide vane has a great influence on the pressure fluctuation in the submersible pump,and the appropriate wrap angle can restrain the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation in the guide vane.
