Along with our country container cargo throughput increased in recent years,chemicals and other cargo transportation with more attention paid to the safet y problems,be badly in need of establishment and raw materials and products import and export and consumption in China power matching logistics monitoring system,the existing regulation and protect equipment need to const antly to meet the social needs of the development of increasingly.As a major consumer of chemical raw materials,China's existing regulatory system and equipment have been unable to meet the growing social needs.In order to ensure safety in transit,integr ated with sensor technology,GPS positioning technology,microcontroller technology and other means to design an intelligent container information acquisit ion and monitoring system,realize the status in the whole process of the goods in transit information acquisition and monitoring early warning,at the same time to complete and remote monitoring platform of information interaction function,real-time transmission of goods information and receive remote backup regulators issued instructions,and complete event,convenient regulators back information,the main work is as fo llows:(1)The overall framework design of the intelligent container information collection and monitoring system is completed,the monitoring requirements and monitoring process are analyzed,and the information transmission mode is determined by comparing various communication modes.By adopting the thought of layered design,the system function is defined and the design thought of each subsystem is determined.The intelligent container information acquisit ion system(information acquisit ion layer),the intelligent container monitoring system(field monitoring layer)and the communication protocol(informat ion transmission layer)between each subsystem are developed respectively.(2)The intelligent container information acquisition subsystem is designed,and each sensor module is designed according to the parameters to be measured to collect the container internal information,including temperature and humidit y sensing module,pressure sensing module,light sensing module,etc.The sampling frequency and dual-frequency communication module design are determined.After the information collection is completed,the data is converted into A/D and transmitted to the monitoring system thro ugh the wireless sensor network.The hardware circuit and software flow of the information acquisition system are designed to complete the real-time collection and transmission of the internal status information of the container.(3)The intelligent container monitoring subsystem is designed.According to the idea of modular design,the circuit design and software flow of each submodule are completed.In the design of the information transmission layer,the user layer communication protocol is revised and standardized.It realizes real-time monitoring and warning and information display,and can be operated by touch screen for convenient management.Meanwhile,the data will be transmitted to the Web remote platform and receive the instruction information issued by the operator.(4)The packaging test of the intelligent container information acquisition and monitoring system was completed,and the accuracy of the results was guaranteed by several tests.The test results verified the reliability of the system,which can meet the monitoring requirements of the dangerous cargo container transportation in the practical application.
