Research On Financing Way Of New Energy Technology Enterprises

During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,new energy technology enterprises of China have achieved rapid development.However,it is an indisputable fact that it is difficult for new energy technology enterprises to obtain financing.Financing of new energy technology enterprises is of vital significance for improving the environment of enterprises and promoting enterprises to become bigger and stronger.Solving the financing problem of new energy technology enterprises is an important problem facing every new energy technology enterprise.This thesis uses literature review,theoretical analysis,case analysis,descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis methods to analyze the financing methods of new energy technology enterprises of China in CATL.Firstly,domestic and foreign enterprise financing theories are sorted out,literature review on domestic and foreign financing is analyzed,as well as the theoretical and practical significance of this study.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the development and financing status of new energy technology enterprises of China and concludes that new energy technology enterprises of China have single financing channels and insufficient financing quota.The development of venture capital is not sound;The capital market financing system is not perfect;Inadequate internal governance;Government financing support for new energy technology enterprises is not enough.And introduced CATL financing as a case study deeply and in detail,aiming at solving new energy technology enterprises of China financing problems to do some new exploration,and finally the relevant conclusions and policy suggestions,the conclusion of this paper is CATL financing way is very successful,its successful cases for the current our country new energy technology enterprises adopt what kind of financing way to provide reference.The policy suggestion of this thesis is that new energy technology enterprises should expand financing channels and develop diversified financing channels.Vigorously developing venture capital;Vigorously develop the multi-level capital market;We will improve the quality of new energy technology enterprises.In addition,the government should increase the new energy technology enterprises financing policy support.
