| In contemporary architecture, there is inevitably excessive functionalism or mercenary eyeball, which to a certain extent will contribute to the lack of core spirit of architectural art. However, after the birth of modernist architecture, satisfying basic physiological needs is no longer the sole purpose of the architects and making architecture emotional and humanized has become the unremitting pursuit of a group of architects.Take the example of the famous architect Alva alto: "The latest challenge in modern design is to make rational methods break out of the field of technology and enter the realm of the humanities and psychology." Therefore,it has become a development trend for architecture scholars to explore new possibilities of building experience space through interdisciplinary comprehensive research. The film industry and architecture have always been very similar in the pursuit of art and the generation of experience. In this paper, the visual composition and narrative mode in the film The Grand Budapest Hotel are introduced into the thinking of architectural creation, and then the theory of cinematic architecture is combined to carry out the research. The research is mainly divided into four parts, the first part mainly describes the background, purpose and significance of the research topic, domestic and foreign literature review, and puts forward the research method and framework. The second part mainly introduces the correlation between film and architecture, and combines the practice and application of film and architecture in the mutual field to clarify the research direction of cinematic architecture, and also establishes the goal of film-like space,multi-layer perceptual experience and profound narrative space for the design strategy. The third part is a detailed interpretation of the space and visual language of the film The Grand Budapest Hotel, and lays a foundation for the value and significance of building architectural space based on the film. The fourth part, combined with the previous analysis, puts forward the architectural space design strategy based on the film The Grand Budapest Hotel respectively from six aspects including space script design, shot organization design, cinematic space elements, perceptual experience design, narrative structure arrangement and space artistic conception creation, which provides new possibilities and references for the future innovation in the generation thinking and expression of architecture. |
