With the rapid development of mobile Internet,Internet of things and other new-generation information and communication technologies,Internet of vehicles has become the technical support of urban intelligent transportation system. However, the characteristics of high-speed movement of vehicles make the driving environment and network topology highly dynamic changes. In the process of driving, the frequent handover between different access points(AP)results in the interruption of session and the decline of user service experience, which has a huge impact on the performance of wireless network. Therefore, how to provide high-quality network services with low packet loss rate and handover delay in the case of a large number of mobile devices access and frequent handover is a major challenge faced by mobility management in the Internet of vehicles. In this paper, based on the high signaling overhead and high latency of vehicle mobility handover in the mobility management mechanism,a mobile handover mechanism based on software-defined vehicle networking architecture is studied under different traffic scenarios. The specific work of the paper is as follows:From the perspective of reactive handover,a mobile switching mechanism based on dynamic selection algorithm of moving anchor points(LMA)is designed. This mechanism implements four mobility management modules in the application plane of SDN system. The handover between different AP can be realized by monitoring the network link status and vehicle location information in plane real time.In order to solve the problem of optimal forwarding path after vehicle movement, the LMA node selection algorithm based on A* algorithm was proposed to provide the optimal forwarding path for mobile switching of vehicle nodes. The mobile switching mechanism was simulated in the Mininet-Wifi environment. The experimental results show that this mechanism has less signaling cost.A switching method based on vehicle position prediction is proposed from the perspective of active handover. This method comprehensively considers the change trend of signal strength and vehicle position information, uses gray prediction model to predict signal strength, and uses particle filter algorithm to predict vehicle position.Aiming at the problem of selecting the next access AP of vehicles,a target AP selection algorithm is proposed. Before the vehicle is connected to the new AP domain, the switch is completed in advance to minimize the handover delay. The proposed method is simulated in Mininet-Wifi environment. The experimental results show that this method has less signaling cost, lower handover delay and packet loss rate.
