Ship is one of the most important equipment of Marine defense and combat system,with the continuous upgrade of underwater weapon,underwater explosion shock a huge threat on ships,which would threat the safety and stability of ship equipment,Do research on the explosion shock of warship equipment in the design phase can protect the operational capability of the ship.The lubricating oil cooler is an important device in ship's power system,which can cool down the high-temperature lubricating oil produced in the power system and guarantee the performance of lubricating oil,so it is very important to ensure the safety of the lubricating oil cooler.There are certain research on underwater explosion shock around the world,which include prototype test and theory of explosion shock,and successively developed some calculation methods,in which the equivalent static,dynamic design analysis the time domain simulation has been widely applied.This article will analyze the response of the lubricating oil cooler use the three methods.Establish finite element model of the lubricating oil cooler,calculate the parameters of the methods of equivalent static,dynamic design analysis and time domain simulation according to the Standard U.S.navy,German navy,and use the parameters to simulate the conditions of explosion shock,calculate and compare the response of the lubricating oil cooler used three methods.Using time domain simulation calculation and analyze the result of lubricating oil cooler structure,explosion shock can cause large response and some degree of vibration on the equipment,marine equipment especially the precise instrument such as electronic instruments need to be equipped with impact protections,elastic modulus and damping coefficient will influence the response of explosion shock.At the same time,the operating conditions of lubricating oil cooler are complex when encounter with complex,including different pulse widths and peak shock spectra,internal working pressure of the cooler,internal quality of lubricating oil,etc.Finally,this paper will study on the influence of the three working conditions on the explosion shock response.
