| On the basis of analyzing and studying of the relevant norms,indicators and processes of sewage treatment and reclaimed water reuse of ships,and combined with the investigation and experimental demonstration of ships,this paper puts forward feasible treatment processes,which can provide reference for the design and construction of ships in this field.The main research results are as follows:(1)For the large ships of China,field research will be conducted on the general designers,operators and suppliers to understand the civil and military laws and regulations,reference standards,and regulations requirements for the management of military units in the area of the daily sewage treatment.We have mastered the design and layout of the system,the composition of the main installations,and the parameters of the performance indicators.We have collected opinions on the use of the sewage treatments and the data of MBR,and suggestions for improvement from the users and subsequent requirements.It is summarized as a common problem in six aspects.(2)Adopt the corresponding analysis methods to the problem,analyze the mechanism of the factors that cause the problems one by one,and propose solutions.In order to solve the six problems,the reasons and mechanism of the problems were analyzed by using the process analysis method,factor analysis method,principle analysis method and contrast analysis method,and the corresponding measures were put forward.(3)To participate in the test of sewage treatment,obtain the inspection report of the treated discharged water,and determine the water reuse technology in the actual ship against the sewage treatment targets and water reuse standards in the national standard.The experiment verifies the validity of the relevant viewpoints of the paper.(4)A study of water reuse programme,and draw up three schemes of reclaimed water reuse,and the determinants of the three schemes are grouped into four factors.According to the grey analytic hierarchy process,the best scheme is determined. |
