| Wet shift clutches are one of the key components in transmission systems in vehicles.Functional reliability,compactness and durability is the main bottlenecks in transmission development.Warping deformation of friction discs and steel discs is one of main reasons for losing efficacy.Take conical deformed friction pairs as research objects and according to the conical deformation values,friction pairs are divided into three ranks: good state,light warping and heavy warping state.The mathematical models of heavy warping friction pairs’ friction torque in separating condition are built to analysis different parameters’ influence.The mathematical models of light warping friction pairs’ vibration in separating condition are built to analysis the regular pattern of the motion signals.Moreover,experiments are conducted to verify the models correctness.The main contents are as follows:(1)The 3D handy scanner,Nano-Map D profiler and UMT are used to collect conical deformation values,surface topography parameters and friction coefficients.Then the trend in radial,circumferential direction and correlation between surface topography parameters and friction coefficients is researched.(2)The mathematical models of heavy warping friction pairs’ friction torque in separating condition are built to analysis the influence of factors like rotating speed,contact form,iniet pressure,gap and warping angles.And the proportion of real contact area in nominal contact area under the different load is analyzed.(3)The mathematical model of vibration on separating condition considering axial damping force,frictional force and elastic force is built to analysis the regular pattern of the motion signals.And the warping angles’ effect to motion signals and frequency-domain analysis is researched.(4)The test methods are studied and the test-bench is set up.The experimental data of the velocity and friction torque on separating condition are analyzed.The result proved the reliability of mathematical model. |
