Along with the advancement of the ambitious goals that China builds a well-off society in an all-round way,building a resource-conserving,environment-friendly society is the inevitable requirement to keep the sustainable and healthy economic development,improve people's life quality,and promote social harmony and stability.Colleges and universities as the power source of the social innovation and the pioneer of science and technology power,energy saving and emissions reduction work receives much concern.For a long time,the lighting system which consumes energy accounted for about 30% of total in college and universities has been adopted extensive,low technology integrated control method,caused the waste of energy.Although most of the colleges and universities made a lot of efforts in recent years,such as installing human pyroelectric infrared lamp control system in the building,etc.,and has achieved obvious effect,but because of the system itself still has many problems,so the control of energy consumption is not very ideal,"day light" ever-burning lamps "and other waste phenomenon still exists.In order to overcome the defects of normal human pyroelectric infrared lamp control system,this paper puts forward algorithm that judge human mobile and mobile location by surveillance video image in the classroom,to determine whether there is human activity in the classroom,then whether to turn on the light according to the lighting and opening situation of the classroom.System transmits information by signal carrier,can realize the centralized control,analysis and management.The designed system,can automatically analyze the classroom light,human condition based on image processing,to establish a set of building intelligent lighting control system with software and hardware combination,high fusion,good compatibility,high precision unattended,which can adapt to different types of the classroom,and realize simple intrusion monitoring function.According to the characteristics of the teaching building energy consumption and daily usage habits,this paper proposes a classroom lighting control system's overall structure;the system is composed of three parts: data acquisition subsystem,the central analysis subsystem,transmission and terminal control subsystem.The design of dataacquisition subsystem adopts small volume,low cost device which is able to transmit digital and convenient to the terminal interface.For the whole system,the subsystem adopts the relatively independent design,which can be flexible combination,can maximally fuse the original smart devices in the architecture;Mobile image recognition algorithm is the core of the central analysis subsystem,using Delphi programming language,algorithm idea was: firstly pretreating the collected real-time image in the classroom,including gray noise reduction and binarization,then comparing the current image with the former image,to analysis whether there is a human indoor or the movement of human.Finally,according to the result of image analysis,system running state and light conditions,it gives the corresponding control command,terminal control system directly controlled corresponding lighting devices,realize intelligent lighting control.System at the same time can also warn to abnormal action of indoor staff according to the actual mobile monitoring results;Transmission and terminal control subsystem uses the carrier transmission and single-chip microcomputer control,carrier adopts FM method,single chip microcomputer is used in the detection of the brightness,system communication transfer,light open and close control,etc.Resolution capability for indoor human movement of this system is obviously better than the conventional control method of infrared detection,greatly enhance the reliability of the classroom lighting control,make the lighting environment of students learning better,and further improve the energy saving effect.This article has also proposed system subsequent development goals on the system integration scheme.Via classroom field testing,this system is highly sensitive of mobile image,and realizes accurate control to different light conditions,occupant density and big randomness of classroom using time.Through the analysis and optimization of experimental data,high follow motion and low frequency of misoperation of the system can be realized.The whole system is low-cost,highly reliable,very suitable for the classroom lighting control of teaching unit,and has very good application value.This method can also be extended to large venues,theaters and other public places after slightly modified.Figure 33 table 9 reference 61...
