Through the research background,significance,purpose and a series of after-sales service process of the automobile brand authorized store,this paper comprehensively analyzes a series of problems and problems existing in the operation and management of the automobile brand authorized store.This paper studies the service and management of a car brand authorized store after purchasing a complete set of processes,and analyzes the future operation mode and the overall trend of the after-sales development of the car brand authorized store in China.The focus of this paper is to study and discuss the status quo of the operation and management of authorized stores of some brands of automobiles,and through investigation to elaborate a series of problems and solutions in the whole process of sales and after-sales service.By means of comparison,the remarkable effect of this coping measure before and after the transformation is further explored.As a future brand automobile authorized store in the future for a long period of development should have management services and management measures.It also has reference significance and practical value for the development of Chinese brand cars.This paper investigates and studies the operation and management status of some brand automobile authorized stores,and analyzes some problems and their causes.The improvement and promotion of automobile brand authorized stores in China in purchasing and after-sales service are analyzed.It will also provide some reference and reference for the development of authorized stores in the future.
