With the speed of train increasing significantly,The high-speed vehicle is installed with anti-yaw damper between the body and the bogie frame in order to increase the hunting stability.The damping characteristics of traditional passive anti-yaw damper can't be changed.Although the large yaw damping can improve the running stability of vehicle,it is not conducive to the curve performance.However small yaw damping can cause the vehicle hunting instability at low speed.Therefore,this paper is focused on the semi-active anti-yaw damper with two-level damping characteristics.Then building the co-simulation model based on multiple simulation software.The influences of semi-active damper on vehicle dynamic performance are researched by means of analyzing the multi-field co-simulation model.The structures and working principles of the bidirectional flow hydraulic damper are analyzed.The characteristics of polymer rubber,the throttle slice of bottom valve and the fixed orifice of bottom valve which affect the characteristic of the damper are equivalently converted.The simulation model of the bidirectional flow hydraulic damper is built.The bench test result and simulation result prove the model is correct and reliable.Then the influence of the parameters of piston valve and the fixed orifices on the damping characteristic is analyzed.The structures design of the semi-active anti-yaw damper with two-level damping characteristics are completed.A hydraulic simulation model of the semi-active anti-yaw damper is built with AMESim,a semi-active control strategy is established with MATLAB/Simulink,a dynamic model of vehicle dynamic model is built with SIMPACK.By means of the interfaces of these software,the multi-field co-simulation model is set up.According to the relevant standards,the dynamics performance of the co-simulation model is evaluated.The calculation and simulation result of the co-simulation model dynamic performance under different running conditions indicates that the running stability of vehicle with the semiactive anti-yaw damper with two-level damping characteristics is satisfied the requirements of he relevant standards.The semi-active anti-yaw damper can improve the curving performance of vehicle when it runs through sharp-radius curve.However the semi-active anti-yaw damper is bad for the curving performance of vehicles passing through the large radius curve at high speed.
