| In our country,the hardware industry is at the initial stage.There are many phenomena in the industry,such as low management level,poor personnel quality,low scale,high financing cost,low risk resistance and product research and development ability.Therefore,the research and analysis of the current situation and needs of development and the promotion of industry progress.In the next few years,the products of the hardware industry will be more diversified,the brand will be more perfect,and the technical level of the industry will be higher and higher.In addition to the support and regulations of the state for this industry policy,especially the further supervision of "Made in China 2025 industry" in 2025 and the implementation of relevant preferential policies,China’s hardware industry will have tremendous room for development.Starting from the theoretical research,this paper uses uses the theories of strategic management and competitive advantage to analyze and study the top-start companies.related concepts and theoretical basis of this paper writing,and makes a brief introduction and summary of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on this aspect article.Secondly,taking Dingchuang Metal Products Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper uses PEST analysis to analyze the current macro-environment of the enterprise from four aspects: political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technological environment.It also makes in-depth analysis of the micro-environment from competitors and consumers,describes the current situation and development trend of the industry,and uses Porter’s Five Forces Model.The competition environment of the industry is deeply analyzed.Thirdly,through SWOT analysis method,this paper further explores the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Finally,it makes a comprehensive macro-environment analysis from five aspects: potential entrants,industry competitors,substitutes,buyers and suppliers.Through the above analysis,we formulate targeted marketing strategies,and put forward specific marketing strategy implementation safeguards in four aspects: improving the organization,tapping external resources,enhancing the execution of market strategy,and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture.For the first time,this paper analyses Hebei Dingchuang Metal Products Co.,Ltd.from the perspective of strategic management,and Dingchuang.This paper systematically combs the strategic management of top-notch enterprises and puts forward the growth strategy that top-notch enterprises should implement,which makes top-notch enterprises have a clear development strategy for the first time.In this paper,the development strategy and the development of the company’s main business are organically combined and systematically analyzed,from the production,marketing,after-sales and supply chain upstream,downstream and other dimensions and channels for analysis and judgment,in order to benefit the future practice of marketing strategy development in the same industry. |
