Accelerating the transition from steam turbines to gas turbines is a realistic choice for achieving sustainable development in the country.In this paper,the gas-steam combined cycle unit of PG9171 E gas turbine is taken as the research object.Firstly,the mathematical model of the combined cycle unit is established.Based on this,the computer commercial software is used to study and analyze the performance of the combined cycle variable condition,and the actual power station performance test.The method is compared with the correction curve to analyze its actual runtime performance.Then,a new clean energy power generation technology with supercritical carbon dioxide as working fluid is discussed.From the perspective of thermodynamics,its feasibility in gas turbine system is analyzed.Main research content:First,the gas-steam combined cycle thermal system modeling is performed.The performance calculation models of gas turbine?compressor,combustion chamber,turbine?,waste heat boiler and steam turbine are established respectively,and the characteristics of each sub-block are analyzed.Secondly,the joint cycle performance calculation model is established.Based on the calculation and analysis of the variable operating conditions of the combined cycle unit based on commercial software,the combined cycle variable conditions were calculated and compared with the design values to verify the accuracy of the above performance calculation model.Secondly,considering the actual operation of the site,the four factors of fuel heating value,atmospheric environment,unit load and unit heating are analyzed to analyze the combined cycle performance and economy,and the corresponding variable working condition curve is obtained.The performance curve of the combined cycle power station is analyzed by using the performance curve obtained by the software.The corresponding performance calculation formula is selected,and the commercial software is used to simulate the performance test of the gas turbine under the field conditions.The simulation results of the gas turbine performance test are obtained,and the results are analyzed.Finally,the supercritical CO2 cycle and its application in helium gas turbines are analyzed.The thermodynamic analysis of the supercritical CO2 Brayton cycle was carried out by using the first and second laws of thermodynamics.Based on the improved recompression cycle,the cyclic thermodynamic properties of different gas species were analyzed.The supercritical CO2 was discussed as the gas turbine bottom cycle working fluid.Thermodynamic properties.
