In recent years,thanks to the change of energy structure,the development of clean energy and the support of relevant national policies,the integrated energy system which reflects the energy coupling and energy conversion is increasingly favored by society.However,as the power and natural gas market have gained quite great progress,the market size is increasingly expanding,and the market environment is changing gradually.As a result,the market price signals,such as time-of-use electricity price,day-ahead electricity price,real-time electricity price,fixed gas price and ladder gas price,affect the control strategy of ESCO(energy services company).In this context,studying operating strategy of ESCO not only ensures the efficient use of energy,but is also crucial to development of enterprises.Focus on the investment service and operation service,this paper studies the integrated energy system planning with uncertain factors.After that,day-ahead electricity price and real-time electricity price forecasting curves are obtained by simulating the units dispatching decisions made by power system operators.On this basis,day-ahead dispatching strategies considering the reserve demand of power grid and real-time rolling dispatching strategy for integrated energy system are studied.The specific tasks are as follows:(1)The planning of the regional comprehensive energy system regulated by ESCO is established.An interval linear programming model is introduced to solve the system operation problem with uncertainty of load,wind power,other resources and energy prices.And then a two-level model of particle swarm optimization-interval linear programming is established,which makes the planning results more robust.Through case study,the factors affecting the earning of ESCO and equipment sizing are analyzed.(2)An integrated energy system scheduling model based on day-ahead electricity price forecasting and considering grid reserve demand is studied.Firstly,simulating the generators dispatching of the power system operator,the unit commitment model considering units’ multiple operating states is established.By solving the dispatching decision,the electricity marginal price is calculated as the day-ahead price.Then,based on the simulated day-ahead price,the day-ahead scheduling model of the integrated energy system considering the reserve demand of the power grid is built by making full use of the multi-energy and flexible equipment.(3)The real-time rolling scheduling strategy of integrated energy system based on real-time electricity price predicting is proposed.The wind power timing prediction model is introduced into the stochastic unit commitment model to deal with the wind power uncertainty and the real-time electricity price in multi-scenario is forecasted.Based on the day-ahead scheduling strategy of the integrated energy system and real-time electricity price prediction information,the real-time rolling stochastic optimization model of the integrated energy system is established.By exploiting and utilizing the flexibility of the integrated energy system,ESCO can enhance his ability of responding to the price information in the electricity and gas market,and participate in the reserve electricity auxiliary service market by arranging the equipment operation reasonably.
