With the increasing gap between peak and valley in power system and the increasing severity of various environmental problems,virtual power plants have attracted more and more attention due to their advantages of resource mining.However,the theory of virtual power plant is not perfect,and further research is urgently needed.In this paper,the construction and operation methods of virtual power plants are studied.Based on the central air conditioning resources,the regulation characteristics of central air conditioning in virtual power plants are analyzed,the virtual energy storage model of central air conditioning is constructed,and the decomposition strategy of power generation tasks in virtual power plants is studied.At the same time,in order to avoid the risks faced by virtual power plants in actual operation,the dynamic model of virtual power plants is proposed.The development status of virtual power plants at home and abroad is summarized,and the demand response of central air conditioning and the research status of virtual power plants at home and abroad are summarized,which lays the foundation for the follow-up study of this paper.Secondly,the power reduction characteristics,upper and lower temperature limit characteristics,indoor temperature characteristics and the differences among various power control methods of the central air conditioning model are studied.The central air conditioning model is transformed into a virtual energy storage model by using the virtual energy storage power parameters,electric quantity parameters,charging state parameters and virtual energy storage charging and discharging efficiency parameters,and the central air conditioning capital is transferred for the virtual power plant.The source provides a theoretical basis.At the same time,because it is difficult to obtain the equivalent thermal parameters of multi-room environment of central air conditioning,this paper proposes an identification method of experimental parameters,which obtains the equivalent thermal parameters of many rooms of central air conditioning through experiments,and designs a simplified experimental method,which enables the experiment to automatically identify and obtain the required data when the central air conditioning is idle.Then,according to the virtual energy storage model,a virtual power plant construction method based on peak density is proposed.The resource clustering centers are mined through the technical characteristics of virtual energy storage elements,and a large number of virtual energy storage elements with different characteristics are clustered and grouped according to the technical indicators,and a virtual power plant is constructed accordingly.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of the operation economy of virtual power plants,a coordinated control strategy of power economy for virtual power plants is proposed,which realizes the operation mode of minimum generation cost for virtual power plants.Aiming at the need for virtual power plants to participate in peak shaving of power systems,a coordinated control strategy based on grid security is designed with peak shaving of virtual power plants as the objective function.Finally,three main uncertainties affecting the virtual power plant,namely the number of virtual central air conditioning units,outdoor temperature and output error,are studied.The uncertainties are modeled based on fuzziness,grey and randomness.In view of the risks faced by virtual power plants,a dynamic model of virtual power plants based on machine learning is proposed.The relationship between uncertainties and technical parameters of virtual power plants is established by using neural networks,and the technical parameters of virtual power plants are adjusted in real time according to the size of uncertainties.According to risk identification theory,a dynamic model based on risk identification is constructed,and the historical loss model is used.In order to obtain the optimal online parameters of virtual power plant,the technical parameters of virtual power plant are optimized with the objective function of optimizing the risk profit of virtual power plant.Finally,the method of building virtual energy storage model,task decomposition strategy of virtual power plant and dynamic model of virtual power plant are synthesized,and the integrated operation strategy of virtual power plant is established,which provides a theoretical basis for the virtual power plant of central air conditioning to participate in real-time operation of power system.
