According to the Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development 2016 issued by the National Bureau of Statistics,the population aged 60 years and over in China at the end of 2016 was 231 million,accounting for 16.7% of the total population.Recently,the aging of our country has gradually presented the trend of only child aging,old age empty nest and empty nest isolation.With the transfer of a large number of rural labor force,the number of "empty nest" families in rural areas has doubled,the number of Left-behind elderly has also increased,and the demand for old-age care in rural areas has been expanding.Faced with this major challenge,the rural mutual aid and happiness hospital,which is suitable for China's national conditions,has emerged as the times require.Starting from the reality of rural old-age support in China,this paper conducts onsite testing on indoor and outdoor thermal and humid environment of rural mutual aid happiness homes,conducts questionnaire survey on the thermal needs of the local rural elderly,finds out the existing problems of the happiness homes,and analyses the physiological,behavioral and psychological needs of the rural elderly,so as to meet the thermal needs of the rural elderly as the design objective,and puts forward a suitable happiness home for Guanzhong area.The indoor thermal environment design strategy is proposed,and then the indoor thermal environment design scheme is optimized by software simulation,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.The test results show that the average indoor temperature in winter is 0.69?and 31.48? in summer.According to the survey data,the indoor thermal neutral temperature is 9.6 ? in winter and 24.3? in summer.The indoor thermal environment of the Happy Home is far from meeting the needs of the local elderly and needs to be improved urgently.Aiming at the reason of poor thermal environment,the indoor thermal environment of Happy Courtyard is designed from four aspects: planning layout,enclosure structure,passive solar energy technology and active solar energy technology.The simulation and optimization proves that the scheme can effectively improve the indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort of Happy Courtyard.Through the research on the indoor thermal environment design of the rural mutual aid and happiness hospital in Guanzhong area,the paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward reasonable suggestions.It supplements the theory of rural old-age building in theory,guides the thermal environment design of the rural mutual aid and happiness hospital from the practical point of view,builds the indoor thermal environment suitable for the elderly,and takes into account the operation of green and appropriate technologies such as passive solar energy design.In order to save energy as much as possible in rural areas with limited economic conditions,we should provide some theoretical guidance and data support for relevant departments.It is hoped that it will play an important role in the design and research of indoor thermal environment of rural elderly buildings.
