The climate warming problem caused by a pattern of energy consumption dominated by fossil energy has become a major challenge for current social and economic development in human society. The power sector has a great potential to reduce emissions because power sector is the first industry of energy consumption in China. With the rapid development of all kinds of new energy generation and natural gas generation, the integrated energy system(IES)is regarded as a supporting technology to improve the new energy accommodation and achieve the target of emission reduction.Carbon trading controls carbon emissions through market approach which is considered to be an effective method to balance power economy and environmental protecting. In this paper, the carbon trading mechanism is led into the scheduling problem and the low-carbon economic scheduling of IES is studied.Firstly,an IES model combining electricity, heat and gas is built based on the energy hub model. The operation of each unit and energy flow is reflected clearly. The model is divided into three modules to be built: power supply module, energy conversion module and load module. The IES constructed in this paper includes thermal power unit, natural gas network, wind power,P2 G equipment, gas turbine, gas boiler,demand-side response, battery, heat storage tank and gas storage tank.Secondly, based on the four classical fair allocation methods,a carbon emission rights initial allocation method considering distribution decision mechanism is proposed. The traditional initial allocation methods of emission rights include grandfather method and benchmark method. They are simple and practicable but unfair in some sense. In this paper, the carbon emissions intensity is led into claim calculation of participants. The allocation is mainly on the basis of the amount of carbon,at the same time, referring to the reduction results of participants. The allocation result is biased toward participants who implement emission reduction plan. The four classical fair allocation methods have different bias.Participants can choose their own method according to their actual situation, which improves the enthusiasm of participants.Compared with several allocation methods, the method proposed in this paper is more fair and effective.Thirdly,a low-carbon dispatching model suitable for IES in this paper is constructed based on A ladder carbon trading cost calculation model. The low-carbon dispatching model based on carbon trading takes the total operating cost containing carbon trading cost and energy cost as the objective function and takes the system power balance and operation conditions of each unit as constraints.Several scenarios of dispatching results show that the low-carbon dispatching model can improve the accommodation of wind power. It shows more strict control on carbon emissions while maintaining high economy efficiency. Finally, the influence of carbon trading price, coupling equipment capacity and natural gas price on the dispatching results is analyzed.
