In recent years, with the sustained growth of economy, overloaded railway started is widely used all over the world, according to the design of the old standards and specifications in the early stages of a railway bridge under various levels of disease,so it is necessary for overloading typical diseases of railway bridges and bridge status analysis and evaluation, repair and maintenance as a bridge to provide efficient technical data.Based on the analysis of the stress characteristics of heavy-duty railway bridges, this paper studies the types and mechanisms of their typical diseases, and finally establishes a scientific and applicable evaluation model of heavy-duty railway bridges. In this paper,Midas/civil,a finite element analysis software, was used to analyze the forces on heavy-duty railway bridges. It was found that the internal forces of the bridge were significantly increased under the action of ordinary trains, and the safety margin of vertical deflection was reduced by about 10%~20%.The software is used to analyze the crack mechanism of the main beam.It is found that with the increase of the crack depth, the deflection difference of the main beam increases continuously and the strain of the bottom of the beam decreases continuously. The typical diseases of main beam, pier and foundation, bearing, deck system and other parts of heavy-duty railway bridge are analyzed and summarized. On this basis, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to establish the state evaluation system of heavy-duty railway Bridges. The value of equilibrium coefficient is studied according to the variable weight theory, and the weight of bridge structure is obtained.
