Whether it is entertainment,scientific research or military field,with the development of science and technology,sports simulation has become more and more important,and the successful application of six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism in motion simulation is undoubtedly a major development and progress in the field of motion simulation.However,with the expansion of the field of motion simulation,complex applications have become increasingly demanding for the carrying capacity,range of motion and simulation accuracy of analog devices.In order to achieve higher functional requirements for the six-degree-of-freedom parallel simulator in the six-degree-of-freedom flight simulator,this paper synthesizes the existing sixdegree-of-freedom flight simulator research results,and establishes a space rigid body for the sixdegree-of-freedom flight simulator.Describe the coordinate system,the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix,and then realize the kinematics and dynamics modeling,and establish the physical simulation model of the mechanism platform,analyze the working space of the sixdegree-of-freedom flight simulator that determines the parameters;The shortcomings and shortcomings of the classical washout algorithm filter of the six-degree-of-freedom flight simulator are improved.The fuzzy adaptive washout algorithm based on fuzzy adaptive filter is designed to solve the problem of the classical washout algorithm.A closed-loop PID-type iterative learning control system based on position servo is designed.The six-degree-of-freedom flight simulator's washout algorithm,coordinate transformation,servo system and physics model are designed to design a set of six free functions that simulate higher somatosensory performance and smarter.The flight simulator was simulated and tested to verify the correctness of the design.Finally,the six-degree-of-freedom flight simulator designed in this paper establishes the SIMULINK simulation model and interacts with it through the native-fdm interface protocol of FlightGear flight simulation software,thus completing the six-degree-of-freedom flight simulator designed for this article and the real one.Flight simulation software co-simulation,completed performance simulation verification and analysisThis paper has 94 figures,8 tables and 65 references...
