Two-stage booster Inner meshing gear pump uses two sets of meshing gears to realize booster.this internal gear pump has the advantages of high efficiency, small pulsation, high pressure, stable transmission, insensitivity to medium pollution, etc. However, with the increase of oil pressure, cavitation and unbalanced radial force will occur in the pump, which will lead to the decrease of service life and working efficiency of the two-stage pump. Therefore, the flow field distribution of two-stage booster inner meshing gear pump is analyzed and its mechanical characteristics are studied. The main research work is as follows:1.The working principle of the two-stage booster Inner meshing gear pump is briefly described. The basic parameters of the gear pair are solved and the Tooth Profile Equation of Revolution is derived.Solidworks is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling, model assembly and interference inspection of the two-stage pump, and its structure is analyzed.2.The fluid dynamics software Fluent is used to simulate the internal flow field of the two-stage pump, and the pressure field and velocity field are obtained through simulation. The flow field in the pump under different outlet pressures and different media were compared and analyzed to study the influence of different working conditions on the performance of the two-stage pump.3.Aiming at the problem of unbalanced radial force suffered by the two-stage pump, the harm of unbalanced radial force to the two-stage pump is analyzed, the formula of unbalanced radial force is deduced and calculated, and the force analysis of the gear pair is carried out by using the fluid-solid coupling method to obtain the deformation and stress-strain distribution of the gear pair, and the static pressure supporting groove is proposed to reduce the unbalanced radial force according to the stress situation of the inner ring gear.4.ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to carry out modal analysis on the transmission shaft. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the shaft are obtained, and the vibration deformation is analyzed.Static analysis, prestress modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are specially carried out on the shell of the two-stage pump. The main vibration manifestation, deformation position, vibration displacement and stress peak value of the shell are obtained, and the frequency with the greatest resonance hazard is analyzed,so as to avoid this frequency in work. Finally, the research results of the two-stage pump are summarized, and the further research contents are prospected. There are 53 pictures,7 tables and 62 references in this paper.
