LLC resonant converter has been paid more and more attention by the power supply industry because of its excellent characteristics.In this paper,the interleaved bi-directional LLC resonant converter is taken as the research object,the magnetic integration technology is added to the converter,and the inductor and transformer in the converter are designed with this technology as the carrier.In order to make the efficiency of the converter meet the desired requirements.First of all,the two transformers are integrated into a "I King I" structure of the magnetic core.According to the request of the bid,the corresponding experimental parameters are designed,and the appropriate magnetic core type,the number of turns on the transformer's original side,the diameter and number of wires,and the winding mode of the conductor are selected.The window uses coefficient and air gap size to calculate the copper loss and iron loss in the transformer.The transformer model is simulated by MAXWELL,and the rationality of the design is proved.Two new coupling inductors,"EIE" and "I King I",are proposed.The circuit model and structure model of the two coupling inductors are analyzed,and then the two coupling inductors are analyzed and designed.The MAXWELL simulation software is used to compare the magnetic flux density and magnetic force line distribution of the two inductors in order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two coupling inductors.In order to highlight the advantages of coupled inductors,the corresponding "EE" discrete inductors are designed to do comparative experiments.Finally,the feasibility is verified by Saber simulation,and then the "I King I" shaped transformer,"EIE" shaped coupling inductor,"I King I" shaped coupling inductor are made."EE" shape discrete inductor,and parameters test,set up an experimental platform,through the experiment to verify the correctness of the theory.The paper has 67 figures,16 tables and 52 references.
