| With the enhancement of China’s economic strength and international status,China has become a major consumer and foreign investment country attracting worldwide attention.China’s enterprises also benefit from good policies of the country,according to the guidance of the national strategy,in the rapid development of global economy today,the pace of internationalization of enterprises is also growing.However,the cultural integration and conflict brought by the pace of internationalization has been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers and academic circles.It is of great significance to study the existence of multi-cultures in multinational or joint venture enterprises and to attach importance to the role of culture in the management of enterprises,so as to solve the conflicts caused by cultural differences in multinational enterprises or joint ventures.How to integrate different cultures in the same enterprise to promote the development of the enterprise is the focus of enterprises and academia.Hong Kong has been a neighbor of China since ancient times.Since its return to China,the economic and trade cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong has become more frequent.However,few experts and scholars have paid much attention to the culture of Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong.This article in H group Hong Kong company as a typical case,through the in-depth research on the company culture,affecting investment industry in mainland China in Hong Kong for the related factors of cross-cultural management,and carries on the analysis and research,trying to solve mainland companies in Hong Kong for different cultural value employees in the company management optimization problem.H group’s corporate culture is a representative Chinese mainland enterprises,and the cultural value of the Hong Kong local is there’s a big difference,and this article hope can through H group Hong Kong company to deep inland culture and local cultural integration problems,solve the mainland companies in Hong Kong under the multicultural employees in the company’s management problems,for peer companies encounter similar management issues.This paper USES many methods to make detailed and practical research and nalysis.Firstly,this paper expounds the research on cross-cultural management of enterprises from theoretical and practical perspectives.Then,this paper discusses the definition of culture and the relationship between culture,corporate culture and multinational corporate culture.Secondly,this paper discusses the cultural differences between Hong Kong and the mainland from the perspective of the social environment and historical background.Again,this article through to the H group Hong Kong company field investigation and questionnaire survey,understand the cultural conflict in the company the status quo,comb from multiple aspects this paper analyzes the reasons of appearance and essence,and then based on the theory of hofstede’s culture dimension design of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the corporate culture construction two angles H group,the cause of the Hong Kong company culture conflict;Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the implementation of cross-cultural integration aiming at the problems and causes of cultural conflicts in H group Hong Kong. |
