After the concept of the sharing economy has been widely spread,various enterprises that provide services to the society through resource sharing are continuously recognized by users in the market.With the continuous development of shared electric vehicles in the market,the shared electric vehicle platform is also facing various development difficulties.For example,the demand for morning and evening peaks in the operation process leads to users unable to pick up the car or return the car in time,which will result in the vehicle.Low utilization rate.In this case,many shared car service providers will implement a scheduling plan according to the corresponding requirements,and in the process of operation,the cost of manual operation and maintenance is the largest part of the operating cost.Therefore,the research goal of this paper is to reduce the cost of operating service providers by improving the manual scheduling strategy.This paper aims to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of operation service providers and reduce the cost of manual operation and maintenance by establishing a shared electric vehicle task assignment model.Firstly,this paper analyzes the operation mode and status of shared electric vehicles through relevant literature and related data,and summarizes the factors affecting the operation and maintenance efficiency of shared electric vehicles from various aspects.Secondly,combining the reality and theory of shared electric vehicles,two different task assignment problem models are constructed,which are single-type task assignment model and multi-type assignment task model.In the single-type task assignment model,considering the timeliness of the scheduling task,the time window constraint is adopted in the model;in the multi-type task assignment model,the difficulty is divided according to different types of operation and maintenance tasks.Different tasks,and the skills of the operation and maintenance personnel are divided into different levels.Finally,in the algorithm of selecting and solving,for the single typeof task assignment,this paper chooses the hybrid genetic algorithm to solve and compare with other algorithms.In the multi-type task assignment model,the mixed water wave algorithm is used to solve the problem.Experiments with examples show that the two algorithms have certain effectiveness in the corresponding model.
