In the discrete manufacturing workshop,production management is the focus of workshop management,and production scheduling is the core of production management.In the discrete manufacturing workshop,the scheduling problem is very complex,and the scheduling objects often produce conflicts and constraints.At the same time,there are many unexpected and uncertain disturbance factors in the actual production process,such as: emergency order insertion,equipment failure,order change,etc.Therefore,the research on the production scheduling optimization of discrete manufacturing workshop is conducive to guiding the production of enterprises,improving production efficiency,saving production costs and improving the market competitiveness of enterprises products.In this paper,the production scheduling optimization of discrete manufacturing workshop is studied in depth.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the workshop scheduling problem,the characteristics of discrete manufacturing of large mechanical products are clarified.The integrated scheduling of production and assembly is carried out,and the production plan of key parts is inverted according to the assembly loading point.According to the characteristics of discrete shop scheduling,this paper analyzes the performance evaluation system of shop scheduling,including the total manufacturing process time,production cost and delivery time,and puts forward the evaluation index of scheduling in loading point.(2)Combining the two-way scheduling and genetic algorithm,the reverse scheduling is used for the important parts of the workshop to meet the requirements of the delivery time.The forward scheduling is used for the general parts to make full use of the remaining resources of the workshop and improve the production efficiency.Through genetic algorithm,the optimal static scheduling results of workshop production are obtained,and the feasibility of the method is verified by simulation test.(3)Aiming at the dynamic characteristics of various emergencies in discrete manufacturing workshop,a multi-level workshop dynamic scheduling system based on rolling window technology is proposed.The strategy combines cycle scheduling and event driven rescheduling,and combines right shift rescheduling,local update strategy and complete rescheduling strategy,so as to reduce the production stability and efficiency of workshop Production scheduling cost to reduce the impact of disturbance factors on actual production.(4)Based on the above research results,a workshop scheduling system is developed based on MATLAB,which provides technical support for the production scheduling of discrete manufacturing enterprises.
