The surface heat flow density of key electronic components is constantly increasing,and the traditional cold plate is already difficult to meet the heat dissipation demand,so the microchannel heat sink heat dissipation has received widespread attention,and the evaluation of heat sink heat dissipation ability needs a set of experimental system matching its parameter range,which not only requires to achieve the heat dissipation ability under high-power load,but also needs to consider the temperature uniform effect of the surface of the hot load at this time,and puts forward new requirements for the design of the heat sink experimental system.The main content of this paper is to design a liquid-cooled circulating cooling system for a homogeneous temperature microchannel heat sink structure,and to carry out structural design and thermal parameter optimization for the key modules(hot modules core tooling structure,cold modules refrigeration structure,system liquid circuit,etc.)in the system.In the design of the hot modules of the system,the numerical simulation of the performance of a three-layer snowflake configuration of the uniform temperature heat sink structure is carried out,the pressure drop,the uniform temperature and temperature heat dissipation performance are studied.In addition,the heat sink support structure is designed,its inlet flow rate,pin rib diameter,effects of flow rate uniformity and other parameters on the parallel inlet boundary of the homogeneous heat sink structure are studied.Finally,a high power thermal load structure was designed,which has an effect on the power of the internal heat source,the uniformity of the heat flow density on the hot surface and the different heat source installation locations.A thermal characterization study was carried out and its hot surface homogeneity was evaluated using the homogeneous temperature performance evaluation method.In the cold modules design of the system,air cooling and therm-electric cooling are used in series to form the cold patter refrigeration module of the system as a whole,which will cool the circulating water from the hot patter to the initial normal temperature to achieve the purpose of recycling,in which the air cooling radiator realizes the main heat dissipation,and the electronic cooling structure realizes the small-scale temperature control,and finally achieves the required temperature control precision.In the system piping design,the selection of circulating coolant,calculation of system pressure drop,design of system liquid circuit,design of water tank,selection of pipeline and auxiliary parts go ahead.Finally,completed the three-dimensional model construction of the system,and the key structure on the experimental bench fixed installation method to be explained.
