With the development of urban construction in China, the construction of highrise buildings and subways is increasing day by day.Excavation and precipitation of foundation pits are particularly important. In general, this is a complex project combining multiple disciplines. It requires us to have strong professional knowledge and rich social experience in both construction and design.Today's deep foundation pit projects are often located in urban agglomerations. The foundation pit is surrounded by important buildings such as subways, underground pipelines, houses, and shopping malls, and the excavation depth of foundation pits is also increasing. If the design or construction of precipitation is not appropriate, the reduction of groundwater level during precipitation will often have adverse effects on the surrounding environment or buildings. Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of the construction process and to reduce or avoid the adverse effects of the excavation of the pit excavation on the surrounding environment, more stringent requirements are placed on the technical indicators in the construction of the foundation pit,on the premise that the surrounding existing buildings will not be destroyed and meet design requirements. In order to study the influence of foundation pit precipitation on seepage field and deformation, this paper uses GTS NX finite element software to establish a three-dimensional numerical model to analyze and contrast various working conditions, and finally draws conclusions. The main analysis is as follows:(1)Summarize and analyze the status quo of research on design of foundation pit dewatering, current research status of ground settlement caused by dewatering in foundation pit, basic introduction of sealing curtain, and groundwater seepage theory.(2)The calculation results show that different factors will have different effects on pore water pressure, groundwater seepage velocity, and groundwater infiltration.(3)At the same time, the effects of the above-mentioned factors on the deformation of buildings, ground surface, underground continuous walls, and underground pipelines of the foundation pit were analyzed, and then the deformation of the foundation pit system under different excavation stages was compared and analyzed.
