High strength stell bar has advantages of high strehgth and good ductility.Adding high strength stell bar into building structures can effectively improve the mechanical properties of members.But at the same time,the components may be unable to meet the normal use requirements due to cracks and deformation.The prestressed concrete structure can delay the crack because of its force characteristic.Therefore,combining strength steel bar and prestressed concrete structure can not only exert high strength of high strength steel bar,but also effectively improve the crack of component.In the test,six partially prestressed concrete beams with high strength steel bar were designed.The prestressing tendon bonding form and the strength grade of high strength stell bar were taken as the research parameters.The concrete strain,deflection,crack and load variation are analyzed by static load test.Finally,the finite element model of the test beam is established by ANSYS software.The finite element simulation results are compared with the test results.The conclusions are as follows:With the increase of the strength grade of high strength stell bar,the bearing capacity of the normal section of the test beam increases and the ductility decreases.The strength grade of high strength stell bar has no obvious influence on the crack resistance of the test beam.In the normal section bearing capacity of the component,the test beam with bonded prestresss form is superior to the unbonded prestresss test beam,unbonded beams are better than beams with bonded forms in ductility.The bond form has no obvious influence on the crack resistance of the test beam.In the current code for design of concrete structures,the relevant provisions of normal section bearing capacity,crack,deflection and prestress loss are still applicable to partially prestressed concrete beams with high strength steel bars.The ANSYS software is used to simulate the test beam,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.
