With the rapid development of modern society,the number of open fractures of tibia,comminuted fracture and bone defect caused by high-energy injury is increasing.At present,Ilizarov bone external fixation(EF)is used to treat bone defects of open fractures.However,the traditional method of manual adjustment of Ilizarov external fixation by physicians is not accurate and can not be changed in a timely manner,and the state of bone healing cannot be monitored in real time.In this paper,we conducted a preliminary study on the problems of the traditional Ilizarov bone extender and the postoperative strengthening of bone healing in patients with bone injuries.The main contents are as follows:1.A finite element analysis was performed on the stress of bone lengthening process,and a method was established to calculate the displacement of the osteotomy based on the axial force distribution of the external fixed support rod,providing a theoretical method for the clinical monitoring of the lengthening quality of osteotomy;Dynamic analysis of the vibration strengthening bone healing system of the automatic bone extender was carried out to provide theoretical support for the construction of the experimental platform of Ilizarov automatic bone extender and experimental research.2.According to the theory of Ilizarov distraction osteogenesis and the mechanism of vibration promoting bone healing,the optimal design scheme was determined by comparing multiple groups of schemes.A design can be used to monitor the axial load of Ilizarov external fixator in real time,and can also provide the automatic bone extender for vibration stimulation at the callus.And the automatic bone extension monitoring system is designed to lay a foundation for the simulation of bone extension.3.Build Ilizarov bone external fixation-tibial test platform,Bone callus stiffness was evaluated by axial compression.Using the LMS vibration signal acquisition and analysis system to collect the amplitude of the bone callus of the lower limb model,the feasibility of strengthening the bone healing was explored.The feasibility of the finite element simulation calculation was verified by analyzing the influence of the position of the osteotomy on the axial load of the Ilizarov bone.
