As electronic control technology is widely used in automotive control,vehicles are rapidly developing in the direction of electrification,intelligence,and networking.For electric vehicles,battery management system(BMS)is the not only energy management system,but also a key electronic component to ensure vehicle energy.As the internal electromagnetic environment of the electric vehicles becomes more and more complex,electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)affects the control performance of the BMS.To improve the EMC of the system not only makes the vehicle energy monitored reasonably,but also ensures the normal operation of the vehicles.This paper takes the BMS of the electric vehicles as the research object,analyzes the EMC characteristics of the system,studies the immunity characteristics and disturbance characteristics of the system,and conducts EMC optimization on immunity and disturbance.The main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,the EMC disturbance characteristics of electric drive systems for key components of new energy vehicles are studied.According to the EMC test standard of the vehicle,the appropriate load power is selected and the on-load test platform is built.Then the electric drive system is loaded in the test,the conducted emission data are collected;the statistical data is analyzed using the normal distribution to obtain the typical signal which responses the electric drive.Secondly,the bulk current injection(BCI)model is studied.We analyze the theoretical model and the actual model,establish the unit conversion relationship,and convert the disturbance data of the electric drive system into the test value of BCI.The immunity tests are performed on the state of module and battery pack,and the factors affecting the immunity of the BMS are analyzed.Thirdly,the principles of radiated emission are studied.We and analyze the causes of emission in the BMS,simulate and test for the radiated emission of the BMS;design the ? filter to optimize the frequency of resonance,and summarize the optimization method of disturbance suppression.Fourthly,based on the analysis of EMC immunity and EMC disturbance characteristics of BMS,EMC optimization research for BMS is proposed.We combine the analysis of problems that affect the immunity and harassment test process,summarize the EMC optimization process,and put forward the use of shielding effectiveness,transformer isolated power supply,power island isolation structure to optimize the EMC characteristics of the BMS.The optimized programs are used in the EMC test of the BMS.The indicators are stable,and all the working modules run normally,which verifies the feasibility,stability and effectiveness of the optimized solution.
