With the popularity of the concept of green travel,it is becoming more and more popular for the bicycle to rely on its energy saving,structural light and zero emission.Through several decades of technological development,the development of assisted bicycles has become more and more perfect,and various types of products emerge in endlessly.There are not only high-end products above 10000 yuan,but also low-end products of about 1000 yuan.The high-end product is expensive,the effect is good,the riding process is comfortable,and the low end product is less effective.Aiming at the shortcoming of high price,short life and single function of the bicycle,this paper improves the electric bicycle system from the two aspects of the new torque sensor development and energy recovery,and completes the design of the new torque sensor and assisted bicycle control system.The performance of the detection system of existing bicycle is studied,and put forward the overall plan of the bicycle.In order to automatically switch among the three functions of energy storage,assistance and riding,the structure of the driving system is improved,and the new structure is applied for invention patent.At the same time,a multi sensor detection system which combines torque sensor with speed sensor is also designed,so that the detection system can be more accurate to judge the riding state.This paper analyzes the principle of several sensors at present bicycle use and the advantages and disadvantages,and the design of a new torque sensor for measuring the pressure of the middle shaft to the bearing is proposed by the analysis of the force of the bicycle,according to the design,the design of sensor was completed and applied for invention patent.The hardware design and software program of the control system are completed according to the design scheme.The hardware circuit of the control system uses STM32 single chip as the processor,and the drive circuit of the motor uses the IR2110 half bridge drive circuit.The software program is divided into three main parts: the main program,the auxiliary subroutine and the moment subroutine.The support subprogram is the key part of the control system program,which is mainly responsible for the power supply of the motor through the torque information detected by the sensor.In the end,this paper carried out the overall debugging and sensor performance testing of the assisted bicycle.The experimental results show that the control precision and real-time performance of the support system meet the design requirements and the various characteristics of the sensor also meet the requirements of design and application,...
