Research On The Impact Of Online Interaction Design On Sharing Platforms On Users' Continuance Intention

With the development of the Internet,many companies choose to use the Internet platform or build an Internet platform based on their own business.As a result,business innovation based on the platform's business model has also emerged.However,as the Internet becomes more and more embedded in use's life,more and more social behavior appears on those applications.This requires companies not only to provide services and information to users,but also consider long-term healthy development.The key is how to attract and retain users,allow a sufficient number of users to continue to participate,and know about the factors influencing platform users' continuance intention.First,this article divides the platform based on the perspective analysis of the main needs of the platform users,divides the platform products into five categories,and then investigates and analyzes the influencing factors and influence coefficients that affect users' continuance intention.Construct models of influencing factors for users' continuance intention on various platforms.Finally,for one of these types of platforms,obtain in-depth samples for analysis and construct a structural equation model,and then refine and verify the model to obtain a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,propose optimized design and operation scheme for this type of platform.The innovation points of this article are as follows:first,from the perspective of perceived value,refine and enrich the dimension of perceived value,combined with the continuous use behavior model of information systems,to build a model of factors affecting the continuance intention of users on various platforms.Secondly,the analysis method of user demand level perspective classifies the platform,and this classification method shows a certain regularity in the impact of perceived value.Third,the evaluation value of the platform evaluation factors given by the experts.Constructing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation reduces the influence of subjective factors.
