In recent years,electric vehicles that meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection have become a development trend.However,the increase in travel distance has led to higher and higher requirements for the power and cruising range of electric vehicles.The hybrid power source composed of ultra-capacitor and batteries can meet the requirements,but its high power density and high energy density performance advantages require efficient and reasonable power distribution control methods to be brought into play.Therefore,this paper designs a power distribution control method for the hybrid power source,and conducts a comparative study on different power distribution control methods.Firstly,the control methods commonly used in power distribution for hybrid power source are summarized,mainly including: rule-based logic threshold control,fuzzy control,optimization-based model prediction and real-time optimization control.It also elaborated on the application status of intelligent algorithms in hybrid power distribution control,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic programming algorithm,convex optimization algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm.Secondly,the research and analysis of the latest research progress of various energy storage technologies in the hybrid power source,such as fuel cell energy storage,battery energy storage,ultra-capacitor energy storage,flywheel battery energy storage and solar energy storage,aiming at the current single energy storage battery cannot satisfy people for the current status of energy storage system requirements,a new hybrid power source topology based on series-parallel switching of ultra-capacitor banks is proposed.The new hybrid power source has 7 operating modes.Each operating mode is introduced and analyzed in detail,and completed the parameter matching design of the new hybrid power source has completed the selection and parameter design of the bidirectional DC/DC power converter for the new hybrid power source.Finally,the logic threshold power distribution control method design and fuzzy control power distribution control method design are designed for this new hybrid power source.The hybrid power source simulation model,bidirectional DC/DC power converter simulation model and H-bridge inverse is established using Matlab/Simulink transformer model,motor model,controller model.The controller model includes an incremental PID controller model and the power distribution controller model.The developed hybrid power distribution control method will be simulated and verified for feasibility.The simulation results prove that two power distribution control methods are feasible.The power distribution controller based on fuzzy control can make the new hybrid power source have better working performance.
