With the implementation of strong industrial projects,my country has made new breakthroughs and developments in the fields of information technology,high-end equipment,new materials and biomedicine.Among them,pneumatic technology and products have played an important role in the process of industrial restructuring and adjustment and the improvement of innovation capabilities,and also put forward higher requirements on themselves.The research and development of new pneumatic components and the application of low-carbon pneumatic technology are imminent.The integration and innovation of air and electricity is also the development direction of pneumatic technology.In the context of smart manufacturing,based on the trends and needs of pneumatic and electrical integration,pneumatic components are intelligent and miniaturized,this paper uses the advantages of fast response,low power consumption and large output of piezoelectric crystals to design and process a nozzle block.Plate piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve prototype.The flow characteristics of the piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve under different working conditions and different structural parameters were studied and analyzed using numerical simulation and experimental research methods,which provided an important theoretical basis for the development of the nozzle baffle piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of piezoelectric pneumatic microvalves;briefly introduces the research overview and application of piezoelectric driving technology;expounds the research status of piezoelectric microvalves at home and abroad and the flow characteristics of nozzle flapper valve ports research summary.Chapter 2 briefly introduces the knowledge of aerodynamics;gives a brief overview of the principle of piezoelectricity;introduces the basic concepts and related knowledge of CFD.In Chapter 3,the piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve was designed,fabricated and packaged,and a test platform was built;the normally closed functional characteristics of the piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve were initially explored;the piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve was actually tested at different inlet pressures,Flow characteristics under different driving voltages and different inlet diameters.In Chapter 4,the flow characteristics of the valve model under specific working conditions are simulated and analyzed;based on the changes of the valve nozzle structure parameters,inlet diameter,driving voltage and inlet pressure,the flow characteristics of the piezoelectric pneumatic microvalve are developed Research and related flow field analysis work.
